Story Telling & Event Poetry

I listen for people’s stories. Sometimes they ask me to help write them. It’s something I love to do. I’ve written stories of healing, new life, character sketches, learning, recovery, finding a home, family, and overcoming hardship. The stories belong to the story tellers, but the satisfaction of helping them tell their stories is mine forever.

An Event Poet’s job is to listen to your story and find the poem awaiting its expression. My poetry has been used to celebrate almost every kind of milestone imaginable. Consider:
